Service Terms

These Service Terms govern all diagnostic, repair, descaling, maintenance, and installation services provided by TWH PRO's. By requesting service or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

• Diagnostic evaluations and error code troubleshooting for gas and electric tankless water heaters.
• Chemical descaling, flushing, component replacement, and system tuning.
• Complete unit retrofitting, replacement, gas line upgrades, and direct-vent installation.
• Emergency dispatch and commercial multi-unit cascade system servicing.

Payment Terms

• All diagnostic fees, service rates, and material costs are quoted upfront prior to performing work.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of the requested repair or service visit.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved electronic payments.
• Warranties on installed OEM parts are subject to manufacturer terms and timely invoice payment.

Liability Limits

TWH PRO's maintains full worker compensation and commercial general liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing structural plumbing defects, severe pre-existing water damage, or unmaintained freeze ruptures.
